The parasitic Isopod, also known as the tongue-eating louse, is part of the family Cymothoidae. This parasite enters into the fish through the gills, specially the anemone fish. In fact, the two black dots in the mouth are the eyes. The eyes of a parasite that eats the Nemo's tongue to become the new tongue. Rare shot!
